NEW Laureate Specializations Equip Your Students with Valuable Skills

Laureate Connect

As part of new initiatives from the Laureate Signature Products family and its Laureate Business Suite, the Laureate Business Specializations are groups of four courses focused on key business areas such as marketing, leadership, business planning, global management, economics and finance, and competitiveness.

Laureate institutions can adopt these programs and offer them as continuing education certificate programs to current or prospective students, and even offer them as a graduate for-credit option, if applicable.

This new product release has brought new adoptions, being Universidad Tecnológica Centroamericana (UNITEC) in Honduras the pioneer by launching a successful pilot project with the country’s Ministry of Finance.

Participants embarked on a learning journey through the Leadership Business Specialization, and participation and interaction just in the first course, “Creativity, Innovation and Foresight”, was outstanding! Feedback provided by some of the high-level executives on their experience included:

  • “A very motivating course that makes me want to continue in the program.”
  • “The readings were appropriate and interesting.”
  • “Everything seemed great; the facilitator has been helpful and responsive to any questions just as other parts involved.”
